Golf live scoring and tournament scorecards

Keep your tournament scorecards together in Cartners. Players and assigned scorers can enter scores in a browser, while organizers review the event’s scoring and results.

Score the round you are playing

  1. Open your event and round.

    Sign in with your Cartners account and choose the tournament. Check the round and players before opening a scorecard.

  2. Use the scoring access assigned to you.

    Enter strokes for the correct player and hole. The event’s status and your role determine which entries you can change.

  3. Check that your score was saved.

    Review the returned scorecard before moving on. If your connection drops or a save fails, keep a record and resolve the entry before assuming the leaderboard is current.

Score with a tournament access code

An organizer can provide a code with a printed scorecard. Open the scoring-code page and enter that code to reach the assigned scoring session. Guest scoring does not require a Cartners account.

The code grants the scoring access set up for that session. It is not an organizer login or permission to edit every player’s round.

Give your field a clear scoring routine

Confirm the round, pairings and scorer assignments before play. Explain who enters scores, how golfers check them and whom to contact about a mistake. Keep printed scorecards available when course connectivity is unreliable.

Review incomplete or disputed scores before using the event’s completion and results controls. A visible score is a recorded entry; it does not replace your event’s review process.

Know your format. New tournaments currently use individual gross stroke play. Team management does not change the tournament’s scoring format.

What should I do if my guest scoring code does not work?

Recheck the code on the scorecard supplied by your organizer. If it still does not open the expected scoring session, ask the organizer to check that session and your access. The code does not give permission to manage the whole tournament.

What if a score has not saved?

Keep a written record of the player, hole and strokes, then check the scorecard again when you have a connection. Treat the score as unconfirmed until the saved entry appears. Ask the responsible scorer or organizer to resolve a mismatch before the event is finalized.
